All you need is access to a personal computer with internet access. Manage your appointments Booking your next appointment over the internet is easy and you can do it anytime without waiting for surgery phone lines to open.
Patients can:
View, cancel or book available appointments up to 2 weeks in advance
Manage their medication and update your personal details
Patients requesting Online Services at the surgery should direct their request to Reception Staff. The reception staff should be able to process access at the time of the request (except during busy times).
Staff will provide a print out of your Log-in details and your online
account will become active approximately 1 hour later.
Patients may prefer to request Online Services by telephone. Under these circumstances staff may ask some questions to confirm your identity. Upon confirmation, your Log-in details will be issued to you by post for security reasons and may take up to 2 working days.
